When I started to write, I wrote about love because love was the most important thing in life. Painting is no different: I take what’s in my heart and tell the story, always with the intention to connect to my audience. I'm grateful that I can express myself not only in words but in color and light.
"What is the body? That shadow of a shadow of your love, that somehow contains the entire universe." —Rumi
"The body always expresses the spirit whose envelope it is. And for him who can see, the nude offers the richest meaning." —Auguste Rodin
I’ve lived all over the world—San Francisco, Paris, Buenos Aires, Madrid... I’ve always been a city girl.
Then I moved to the creative, artistic community of Bedford, New York, and living in the country, with all the open space and greenery, opened my eyes to a new world. Here in Bedford I learned to celebrate the color, strength, and beauty of nature.
